It is possible to make your folder private. Follow these steps:-

Step:-)1. Make a folder in any drive.
Step:-)2. Click on Start>Run Type "cmd" and click OK.

Step:-)3. Type Your Drive where your folder is created and press enter.
Step:-)4. Now type "attrib +h +s 'FolderName'" and press enter.

Now Your Folder is private unsearchable and super hidden.
